Knights of Columbus Council #6790 Christmas Tree & Wreath Sale

So you can’t wait to get your Christmas Tree and or Wreath! Wait no more! The Knights of Columbus Council #6790 has one for you.

The Knights of Columbus Council #6790 of Arlington, Virginia is now having their Annual Christmas Tree Sale in the parking lot of The Cathedral of St. Thomas More, located at 3901 Cathedral Lane in Arlington, Virginia.

Sunday’s GRAND OPENING was a success! The Christmas Tree lot will be open from November 25th through December 21, 2012.

 The Knights of Columbus volunteers are selling a variety of Christmas Trees in the Cathedral parking lot at North Glebe Road and Cathedral Lane, seven days a week. They will be open Monday through Friday – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with Saturdays and Sundays – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.. 

Christmas Trees sold this year are Frazier Firs, Scotch Pine and Blue Spruce. The wreaths are handsomely decorated with beautiful handmade bows. Roping and Christmas Tree Stands are also being sold.

Tree prices and sizes vary. The Frazier Firs are 3 to 5 feet, 5 to 6 feet, and 6 to 8 feet. The Scotch Pine is 6 to 8 feet, while Blue Spruce is 5 to 6 feet and 6 to 8 feet. Wreaths are 12 inches. Christmas Tree Stands are large and small. Roping is available per foot.

 Come out and visit the Knights of Columbus volunteers at the Cathedral Parking Lot. They will be there in all types of weather through December 21st. It is very likely that they will have the perfect tree for you! They have many others! You will not be disappointed!

The Address is: The Cathedral of St. Thomas More Parking Lot – 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington, Virginia 22203. The Cathedral is just off Route 50 at North Glebe Road and Cathedral Lane.

NOTE: Cathedral Lane sandwiched in between Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonalds. Across the street is Mr. Wash and the Barcroft Gas Station.

Though the show's producers did not use the script then, NBC producers encouraged Susan to pursue a writing and journalism career. Susan is a member of the National Press Club, the National Press Photographer's Association and the Society of Professional Journalists. Susan Bainbridge's recognitions include from former Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Herbert Walker Bush and Bill Clinton, former First Lady Nancy Reagan, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, the late actor Lorne Greene, among many others. BAINBRIDGE NEWS was founded in 1980 by Susan Bainbridge (a sixth generation writer), a third generation journalist, a first generation photographer and a fourth generation entrepreneur. She is the first generation to establish a news business. Bainbridge News is dedicated in honor of Miss Bainbridge's late grandfather and idol, Mark S. Watson (The Baltimore Sun editor and war correspondent from 1920 to his death in 1966).
